Pursuant to NHRSA §675:7 notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held by the North Hampton Planning Board 7:00 PM on Tuesday, January 20, 2004 at the North Hampton Town Hall to consider:
I. Final Public Hearing for:
Proposed Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance that includes:
Section 405 - Permitted Uses, Special Exceptions, and Prohibited Uses
II. Public Hearing for Comment and Discussion Only:
Section 512 - Motor Vehicle Refueling Facilities [previously Gasoline and
Service Stations]
FOR PUBLIC COMMENT AND DSCUSSION ONLY
Documentation of the proposed amendments is available for public review at the following locations: (1) Town Clerk's Office, (2) North Hampton Public Library and (3) Town Services Office ? 2nd Floor of Police Station - Rear Entrance) and (4) attached to this agenda.
